Then the shop owner will mark the order as shipped, which will send an email to you informing you of this happening. 4. Customer Service - We are your first contact for customer service issues. If there is a problem with your order, all of our shop owners aggree to give you a full refund (minus shipping charges) if you notify us within 30 days of when your order was shipped and return the item to the shop owner. 5.
